Membership is on a month by month basis and gives you a fully personalised programme with 2 x 90 minute sessions per month. Programming is carefully planned to fit in with your personal goals and lifestyle. U.P Lift is based out of the wonderful Crossfit Geebung Facility at 1/104 Delta Street, Geebung. With dedicated platforms and jerk boxes.....there is even a suana, there is no better place to start or continue your strength and conditioning journey! 

I welcome all local boxes and lifting clubs especially for my Sunday workshops which will occur every first Sunday each month. This is a great opportunity to work on your skills and understanding of the more technical side of lifting. Great for beginners, especially those who have started Crossfit and don't yet have an understanding of the movements. For those more experienced lifters, you get to fine tune the bar path and breakdown the movements to an 'nth' degree. Most importantly Sundays are definatlely informative but most definately FUN!
