Membership is on a month by month basis and gives you a fully personalised programme with 2 x 90 minute sessions per month (or more if you choose ). Programming is carefully planned to fit in with your personal goals and lifestyle. U.P Lift is based out of the wonderful Crossfit Geebung Facility at 1/104 Delta Street, Geebung. With dedicated platforms and equipment, there is no better place to start or continue your strength and conditioning journey! 

I welcome all local boxes and lifting clubs especially for my Sunday workshops. This is a great opportunity to work on your skills and understanding of the more technical side of lifting. Great for beginners, especially those who have started Crossfit and don't yet have an understanding of the movements. For those more experienced lifters, you get to fine tune the bar path and breakdown the movements to an 'nth' degree. Most importantly Sundays are definatlely informative but most definately FUN!
