My goal is to ‘keep you moving’ and for you to learn in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. Every person has different abilities and with the right coaching I am to help you be the strongest version of yourself. Minors do need to develop to a certain level before they can actually pick up a barbell and the same goes for the more mature student but the intention and the purpose is exactly the same.
